The big day is fast approaching….In less than 24-hours I will be at Cassiobury Court. Since waking this morning, I have had a massive sense of relief, it’s the first time in weeks that I have not felt like my head wants to explode and I must be ready, because I cannot wait for tonight to be the last night I take Diazepam.
I will be having one last drink with a friend, we bought a nice bottle of Moet to celebrate a new start and the beginning of a new journey.
There is just one more thing left to do, flush the last of the Diazepam I have away. For good,
I’m not sure when my next post will be, maybe tomorrow if the detox part the rehab doesn’t start too quickly and I’m unable to function, let alone write a post – we’ll see. I will do a detailed post on the medical detox in the coming days either way. To be continued…

You’ve already achieved so much Josh. Everyone’s behind you and soon your demon will be behind you too!
Thank you Pam, in the short time we’ve known each other you mean a lot to me. You’re an amazingly genuine and nice person who deserves the best in life. You get out there and sort out your demon(s). I hope we’ll be friends forever.
Over the past few months, your passion for business, kindness, and unwavering path to success have been an inspiration to me. I want to be your good friend forever. Currently, you are fighting with another obstacle on your path to a fulfilling life: illness. But because I know you, I am confident that you will be winner in this battle. Remember, you are not alone on this journey. I am with you and ready to provide support whenever you need me. Cheer up!
